Ken came up for the 4th and we began the weekend over at Liberty Bay in Poulsbo, rafted up to many of the other Liveaboards at Shilshole. One of the boats on our raft had the largest flag in the bay. When they bought the boat they found a suitcase deep in one of the lockers and lo and behold was a huge American flag.
I saw a familiar boat in the harbor ... Dad's old 'Vagabond', a Blanchard 33. Several years ago a gal had it out of the water and completely restored it, stem to stern.
Tough times in Poulsbo, when Vikings are reduced to begging for beer....
