IPA PARTY

Jodi's brother Ken occasionally hosts parties where the guests are invited to bring their favorite selection within specific guidelines and the party is wrapped around a taste test competition.  If the evenings subject is Cabernet Sauvignon, food pairings are prepared, everyone brings their favorite cab, and blind taste tests are performed.  The winner gets bragging rights.

Jodi and her parents prepared the food. Jodi made the grilled barbeque chicken chosen as the winner of multiple recipes voted on all summer long. Ken and Judy obtained authentic German pretzels, brats, and spatzle from one of their favorite restaurants.  The food was fantastic and a hit all night long. 

The IPA from Breakside Brewery, won the competition.
