WALLA WALLA

Here are some quick pics from Walla Walla.  We're in our third day over here and the weather is very nice.  Cold in the evenings, but warms up very well during the day.  Signs of spring are everywhere.

Many of the wineries are impressive, as are the wines.

RANDOM UPDATE

This is one of those random updates. Last week we went to the Ballard Sunday market, the only year round market in Seattle.  Here are some equally random images.  Produce, cactus, and a huge friendly dog.

The cormorants apparantly have no oil for their feathers and they can get watterlogged.  They need to occasionally dry out, hence they sit, spread their wings and, well, continue to sit....

 

 

We were treated to a nice sunset. 

 

We disagreed on which picture was better, so I combined them.....

SEATTLE DOG SHOW

Jodi, Mom and I went to the dog show.  First time for Jodi and I.  We'd never been to a dog show.  Mom and Dad used to go once in a while.  The number of dogs and type of breeds is amazing.

 

They say you are not supposed to get your face in strange dogs face, but that didn't deter Jodi..

 

This was my least favorite part.  The dogs looked like they didn't like being primped for showing.  but in other parts of the show they were haivng quite a bit of fun.....

 

 

The agility dogs seemed the happiest.....
